5 Days Gorilla Trekking Bwindi Impenetrable.

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to your hotel

On arrival at the Entebbe Airport, you will be received by our safari guide who will transfer you to cassia Lodge Kampala for overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National park

Early in the morning transfer southwestwards to Bwindi forest. You will stop at the equator to take some photos, proceed to Mbarara town the home of the long horned Ankole cattle for lunch. Drive through the rolling hills of the beautiful country side, until you eventually reach Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park where you will spend the night at Bwindi Jungle Lodge.

Day 3: Gorilla trekking

Today will be the highlight of our safari. After a very early quick breakfast, you will transfer to the park headquarters and be briefed by the park wardens about this activity.  At 8:00am you will set out into the forest in groups led by park guides and rangers. The duration for your search is determined by the movements of the gorillas. However on finding them you will spend an hour taking photographs, videos as well as observing their amazing way of life. Above all you will be stunned by the sheer size of the dominant silverback that weighs about 350 pounds. In the evening you visit the Batwa pygmies. Dinner and overnight at Bwindi Jungle Lodge.

Day 4: Return to Entebbe.

After breakfast, check out of your lodge and drive back to Entebbe with lunch en route. Then you will go on a craft shopping spree on Buganda road before transferring to Entebbe for your overnight stay at Boma hotel Entebbe.

Day 5: Departure.

Our safari driver will transfer you to the Airport depending on your flight schedule.
