Lake Mburo National Park is located in the western region of Uganda in Lyantonde about 208km and it takes around 2 to 3hours driving from Kampala via Mbarara-Masaka road. Lake Mburo national park contains much woodland as there are no elephants to tame them, it is a home of many animals species such as; Impala, zebra, eland, buffalo, oribi, Defassa waterbuck, leopard, hippo, topi and reedbuck.

Detailed Itinerary: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park.

You will be picked up from Kampala very early at around 6am, and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park in Lyantonde 30km east of Mbarara town

Upon reaching the park, go for a game drive as you expect to see zebras, hippos, impala, African buffalo, warthog, common eland to name but a few.

After the game drive, you will have lunch. After lunch, you will go for a boat cruise and after the boat cruise, you will depart to Kampala.
